What is BFCM?

From Monday 22nd November until Monday 29th November, we will be running an 8 day site-wide sale.

As you know, we rarely do sales. We truly believe in the value of our products and it’s important to us that as many Athletes as possible experience our ‘True Muscle Fit’. So any type of sale is to be taken advantage of.

When does it start?

The sale starts Monday 22nd November at 7am GMT until midnight Monday 29th November.

Which items will be discounted?

Our site-wide sale will be applied to ALL items (Exc Gift Cards).

Can I exchange or return my items if they are not quite right?

You can exchange or return an item if it's not quite right and, because we know this time of year can get hectic, we are going to give you an extension on exchanges and returns.

If your order is placed between November 22nd and December 24th, you'll have until January 31st, 2022 to return your items.

What size should I order?

If you need any help with sizing, please view our sizing page or drop us a message on Live Chat and one of our store assistants will be happy to advise.

Will Klarna still be available?

You will still be able to pay with Klarna during BFCM 2021 (subject to usual terms).

Will anything be on pre-order?

No. We’ve taken extra measures to ensure that all our products will be in stock prior to the sale.

Can I use any other discounts?

If you have a gift card, it can still be redeemed during this time. You will not be able to use other discounts during our BFCM site-wide sale.

What if I need to speak to anyone about my order?

We are here and happy to help. The best way to achieve the service you want is to send us a single message on one customer support channel, as each additional message will move you to the back of our inbox.

Will my basket be saved for me?

You can add items to your basket 24 hours prior to the sale and they will remain available. Make it easy on yourself, fill your basket now!

How can I access the sale?

Simply head over to our website www.tailoredathlete.co.uk - everything will be discounted already, no need to enter any discount codes.

How can I get early access?

We reserve early access for our VIP's - a special invite will be sent via email, so please ensure you keep an eye on your inbox.

Will ‘Last Chance’ items be included in sale?

Yes, there will be some further reductions to items in our Last Chance Collection. These will be non-returnable.

Will all items be restocked during BFCM?

We don't have a set schedule for restocks (no dates or times), however, certain items may re-stock throughout the sale week as more items become available. We recommend keeping an eye on the website and signing up for to our newsletter - an item you like may come back in stock...

Can I make changes once my order has been processed?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details, like changing sizes or colours, adding products, and also altering your shipping address.

I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges.
