CHEST Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measurement tape horizontal.
WAIST Measure around the narrowest part of your body (typically just above your belly button, where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIPS Measure around your widest part of your hips, crossing behind your back, keeping the tape horizontal.
INSIDE LEG Measure from the top of your inner leg to the bottom of your leg (typically your ankle).
