Q. What is your shipping policy?
We offer FREE Worldwide shipping on orders over £110.00.
United Kingdom: We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) and Tracked 48 (2-4 days).
Rest of World: We also offer Royal Mail International Standard and International Tracked services.
Q. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 35 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 35 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.
Q. How do I make a return or exchange?
Please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Please include your full name and order number in the email. If you would like an exchange, include the changes you would like made to your order.
Q. When will I get my refund?
