CONTACT USMuscle Fit is the fit system we've spent a decade engineering specifically for men who train. Standard high street sizing is built for average, untrained body types - too tight across the chest and shoulders, baggy at the waist. Our fit is the opposite: fitted through the chest, arms and shoulders, generous around the glutes and quads, tapered at the waist and ankles. Built from 4-way stretch fabric. It moves with you, looks sharp out of the gym, and won't pull across the back when you reach for something. Measure your chest and use our size guide on each product page - that's the most reliable starting point. If you're between sizes and your chest is the limiting factor, size up. Our fabrics have 4-way stretch so they'll move with you, and our cut through the waist is already tapered so sizing up for the shoulders won't leave you swimming in the body. Still unsure? Depends on where you are and which shipping option you choose at checkout. UK: Standard tracked delivery arrives in 2–4 working days. Priority tracked ships in 1–2 working days. Free non-tracked delivery (on orders £150+) also runs 2–4 working days. EU: Standard and free non-tracked shipping (free on orders £175+) takes 5–7 working days. Priority tracked cuts that to 2–3 working days. Rest of world: Standard and free non-tracked shipping (free on orders £175+) takes 7–10 working days. Priority tracked is 2–3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships - note this only applies to tracked shipping options. If your tracked order hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.
You have 35 days from receiving your order to make a return. Start the process at our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the steps there. When sending your item back, include your full name and order number inside the package - without these we can't process it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or getting a proof of postage receipt. We can't refund returns that go missing in transit. A few things to know before you return: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We don't cover postage or any customs/import charges on returns, including EU returns to our UK warehouse. Last Chance items are non-returnable - these are discontinued lines sold at a special price. Missed the window? Orders sent back after 35 days will be returned to you. Most TA garments are machine washable - check the care label on each piece as some exceptions apply. For those that are, the universal rules that make the biggest difference: Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out. Heat is the fastest way to damage fibres, elasticity, and shape. Air dry where possible. Tumble drying can shrink garments, weaken fibres, and distort the tailored silhouette. If you do tumble dry, use low heat only. Avoid fabric softener on stretch pieces - it damages the stretch fibres over time. Wash less, wear smarter. Resting pieces between wears helps fibres recover and extends garment life. Popular sizes and styles do restock, but not always. Use the 'Notify Me' button on any sold-out product page and we'll email you the moment it's back. We don't hold stock for anyone, so when you get that notification, it's worth moving quickly.
Yes - sign up to our email list and you'll receive a welcome code for 10% off your first order. If you signed up and the email went to your junk folder, check there first. If the code has expired or isn't working at checkout, email us and we'll get you a working one. We don't apply retrospective discounts to orders that have already been placed.
